Specifications
Read through each section below before you place your order so you get exactly what you need.
1 Choose Your Size
Pick how big you want each page to be.
| Size | How Big It Is |
|---|---|
| A6 | 4.1 in x 5.8 in |
| A5 | 5.8 in x 8.2 in |
| A4 | 8.3 in x 11.7 in |
| Legal | 8.5 in x 14 in |
A6 — Very small. About the size of a big birthday card. Good for parking tickets, gate passes, and small receipts.
A5 — Small and easy to carry. Good for quick receipts and prescription sheets.
A4 — The most popular. Has enough space for customer name, items, prices, signature, and bank details.
Legal — Long page. Best for waybills, delivery notes, and forms with many rows.
2 Choose Number of Parts
Parts means how many sheets get the same writing at the same time.
| Option | What It Means |
|---|---|
| One Part | Only 1 sheet gets the writing |
| Duplicate (2 Parts) | 1 copy for the customer + 1 copy for your office |
| Triplicate (3 Parts) | Customer + office + dispatch or accounts |
| Quadruplicate (4 Parts) | Customer + office + dispatch + store or audit |
One Part — Prescription sheets, clinic forms, quotation pads, order pads, inspection sheets. If you also want front and back printing, normal bond paper is a better and cheaper option than NCR.
Duplicate — Receipts, invoice books, shop sales.
Triplicate — Delivery notes, school receipts, logistics forms.
Quadruplicate — Warehouse, wholesale, hospital, engineering, and audit records.
3 Choose Number of Sets
A set is one full form. If you pick Duplicate and order 50 sets, that means 50 forms each with 2 sheets, which gives you 100 sheets in total.
| Sets | Duplicate | Triplicate | Quadruplicate |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50 sets | 100 sheets | 150 sheets | 200 sheets |
| 100 sets | 200 sheets | 300 sheets | 400 sheets |
| 150 sets | 300 sheets | 450 sheets | 600 sheets |
| 200 sets | 400 sheets | 600 sheets | 800 sheets |

4 Choose Number of Colours
This means how many ink colours are in your design.
| Colour Option | Best For |
|---|---|
| 1 Colour | Plain black text only |
| 2 Colours | Logo plus text |
| 3 Colours | Logo with coloured headings |
| Full Colour | Full branding or photos |
5 Choose Print Side
This tells us which side of the paper we should print on.
| Option | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Front Only | Printing on one side of the sheet only |
| Front and Back | Printing on both sides of the sheet |
Front Only — The most common choice. Your form layout, logo, and table all sit on one side. The back is left blank.
Front and Back — Good if you have extra information to print on the back, such as terms and conditions, a map to your office, return policy, or extra fields to fill in.
One Part orders: Normal bond paper is the better and cheaper choice when you need front and back printing.
| Situation | Best Paper |
|---|---|
| Duplicate, Triplicate, or Quadruplicate | NCR paper |
| One Part, front only | NCR or bond paper |
| One Part, front and back | Normal bond paper |
6 Choose Front Cover
The front cover is the outside page of your booklet. It protects the sheets inside.
| Cover Type | What You Get |
|---|---|
| Basic | Plain cover with no printing |
| Designed | Your logo, company name, phone number, address, booklet title, and a short guide on how to use it |
7 Numbering
Each form gets its own number. This helps you track every sale or transaction.
Example: 000001 / 000002 / 000003 / 000004…
Why numbering helps you:
- Track all your sales
- Sort out payment problems quickly
- Hold staff responsible for each transaction
- Pass any audit or inspection
- Match records across different branches
8 Choose Finishing Style
This is how your completed sets will be put together when we send them to you.
| Finish | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Loose | Each set is separate, not joined to any other |
| Padded | All sets are glued together at one edge into a block, like a writing pad |
| Perforated | Each sheet has a dotted tear line so you can remove it neatly without scissors |
9 Choose Glued Edge
This is the side where the booklet is bound. It decides which direction you open it.
| Edge | How It Opens |
|---|---|
| Left Edge | Opens like a normal book, one page at a time from the right |
| Top Edge | Opens upward like a sales receipt roll pad, good for counter use |
10 Choose Orientation
This is how the page stands, up and down or side to side.
| Orientation | What It Looks Like |
|---|---|
| Portrait | Tall and upright, like a school exercise book |
| Landscape | Wide and flat, like a class attendance register |
11 Upload Your Design

Good file formats to send:
| Format | Why It Works |
|---|---|
| Keeps all details sharp and clear | |
| AI or EPS (Adobe Illustrator) | Best for logos, scales to any size without losing quality |
| CDR (CorelDRAW) | Works well for logos and vector artwork |
| PNG with transparent background | Good for logos when saved at high resolution |
| JPEG or JPG at 300 DPI or higher | Acceptable for photos and full colour artwork |
If you need us to create a logo for you:
Send us your company colour code. A HEX code like #1B4F8A works best. If you do not know your colour code, describe the colour or send a photo of your business card, letterhead, or signboard. We will match it as closely as possible.
If you do not have a design ready, our team can build one for you. We will show it to you first and wait for your go ahead before we print anything.
