Do you print cartons and custom packaging boxes in Lagos?
Yes. Carton and custom packaging production is one of our core services. We produce folding cartons, plain kraft cartons, branded product boxes, and packaging across a range of board grades and sizes. Whether you need simple brown cartons for shipping or full-colour branded retail boxes, we can supply them.
Do you print banners and large-format display materials?
Yes. We produce roll-up banner stands, backdrop banner stands, buntings, flex banners, and other large-format display materials. These are popular for events, exhibitions, trade shows, retail activations, and roadshows. Supply your design in a high-resolution format and we handle the rest.
Do you produce promotional merchandise and branded items?

How do I place an order with Aquile Superior Prints?

How do I send content or text for my print job?
You can send text content and reference materials via WhatsApp or email to our customer care team. If you already have a complete design, simply send the print-ready file. If our team is creating the design for you, share your logo, brand colours, and all text content and we will build the artwork accordingly.
Can I see a proof before my order goes to print?
Yes. A digital proof is sent for your approval before every job goes to press. You are responsible for reviewing all content carefully, including text, colours, and dimensions, before signing off. Once approval is given, the design goes to production as submitted, and changes after that point may attract additional costs.
How much does printing cost in Lagos?
Printing costs vary depending on the product type, quantity, paper or material grade, finishing options, and turnaround time required. We provide transparent, itemised quotes before any job begins. Contact us with your specifications and we will send a price promptly.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale printing discounts?
Yes. Volume pricing applies to most of our products. The more you print, the lower your cost per unit. This applies to cartons, flyers, banners, stickers, exercise books, and other repeat-order products. Reach out to discuss quantities and we will work out the best price for your budget.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers. Account Name: Aquile Superior Enterprise | Bank: First City Monument Bank (FCMB) | Account Number: 6735082011. A deposit of 90% of the total order value is required before production begins. After payment, please send your receipt via WhatsApp to any of our lines.
What file format should I send for my print design?
We accept print-ready files in PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), CDR (CorelDRAW), and high-resolution JPEG or PNG formats. Files should be in CMYK colour mode, at a minimum of 300 DPI resolution, and must include a 3mm bleed on all sides. If you are unsure whether your file is print-ready, our design team will check it for you.
What is a bleed, and why does it matter for printing?
A bleed is an extra 3mm of artwork that extends beyond the trim edge of your design. During cutting, machines cut through this bleed zone, which prevents white borders from appearing at the edges of your finished print. Without bleed, even a small shift during cutting can leave an unsightly white line. Always extend background colours and images to the bleed edge before sending your file.
Do you offer design services if I don't have artwork?
Yes. Our in-house design team can create artwork from scratch based on your brief, brand colours, and content. Design fees vary depending on the complexity of the job. We will share a design quote alongside your print quote. Once a design is approved and signed off, we proceed to production.
How long does it take to complete a print order?
Turnaround time depends on the job type, quantity, and finishing requirements. Standard digital print jobs are typically ready within 24 to 48 hours after artwork approval and payment confirmation. Offset and large-volume jobs may take 3 to 7 working days. We always confirm your delivery date before production begins.
Do you deliver print orders outside Lagos?
Yes. We deliver across Nigeria and to neighbouring countries. For orders within Lagos, we use dispatch riders. Interstate deliveries are arranged through transport parks or air courier services, with delivery costs confirmed at the time of booking. We keep you informed throughout.
Can I pick up my order directly from your office?
Yes. You can collect your completed order from our office at Shop H, 18, Anu Oluwapo Street, Shomolu, Lagos. Our address is pinned on Google Maps, so use the map for navigation rather than typing the name into a ride-hailing app, as some apps may display a slightly different street name.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or does not match the approved specification, contact us immediately with photographs of the issue. We take quality seriously and will investigate promptly. Where the fault is ours, we will arrange a reprint or resolution at no additional cost. Please report any concerns within 24 hours of delivery.
