📏 Carton Dimensions Matter
Always measure your product first before ordering cartons. The three key dimensions are:
Length (L) – the longest side (e.g. 24 inches)
Width (W) – the shorter side (e.g. 15 inches)
Height (H) – how tall it is (e.g. 20 inches)
💡 Tip: The carton should be a perfect fit for your product to avoid bending or crushing.
🖨️ Printing on Cartons – How It Works
We use screen printing to add your design or logo on the carton.
Printing Mesh (Template): This is the stencil used to transfer ink onto the carton.
Charged per Colour: Each colour you want is charged separately because each needs its own screen.
Max 2 Colours: For best results, we only allow up to two colours. More than that may not print well or may smear.
📝 Example: A black logo + red name = 2 colours.

To keep your cartons strong and reusable:
Avoid Water or Moisture: Wet cartons will get soft, tear, or collapse.
Keep in Dry Places: Store them on pallets or shelves—not on bare floors.
Do Not Overload: Putting heavy items in a light-duty carton can damage both the item and the box.
