Yes. Orders above 500 pieces get 7.5% off automatically. Orders above 1,000 pieces get 10% off. Your discounted total calculates live in the quote form before you submit, so you see the final price before committing to anything.

We do not do payment on delivery. All orders are paid before production begins or before goods leave our facility. For branded bags, a 70% deposit is required to start, with the balance paid before dispatch. For plain bags, full payment is made before pickup or delivery.

If you prefer to pay in person, you are welcome to walk in and pay at our office. We will hand over your bags on the spot once payment confirms.

Our bags are made from 110gsm kraft paper. GSM stands for grams per square metre and is the standard measure of paper weight and thickness. To put it in context, standard office printing paper is around 70gsm to 80gsm. At 110gsm, our bags are noticeably thicker and sturdier. They hold their shape when loaded, do not crumple easily in the hand, and carry everyday items like clothing, shoes, food packs, and accessories without tearing. The base is reinforced, which is where most paper bags fail first. If you are packing something particularly heavy above 5kg in a single bag, message us and we will advise whether you need a specific size or handle type to handle the load.

No. We print in 1 colour only on kraft paper bags. This is standard for kraft bag printing and keeps costs reasonable for bulk orders. If your logo has multiple colours, we will print it in a single colour — typically black, white, or your dominant brand colour. Send us your logo and tell us the colour you want, and we will show you a proof before anything is printed.
